Croc 2: Kingdom of the Gobbos follows Croc on a search for his birth parents after he discovers their message in a bottle. His trip to the mainland brings him back into conflict with Baron Dante, who has been resurrected. Professor Gobbo is taken prisoner after witnessing Dante’s return.

The single-player adventure visits four Gobbo villages and includes more than 40 levels. Croc rescues captives, collects crystals and uses gadgets from Swap Meet Pete’s shop. Jumping and tail attacks are joined by vehicle sections, including a hang glider, minecarts and boats.
Titanium Studios is developing the remaster for publisher Argonaut Games. Its digital launch is planned for October 29, 2026 on Switch, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC. Steam supports controllers, achievements and cloud saves; the GOG edition is DRM-free. The Xbox U.S. listing gives the remaster an ESRB Everyone rating.
Croc2pedia is an additional development museum featuring documents, animation tests, unused models and interviews with people behind the games. It is separate from the playable story. This release remasters the second Croc adventure rather than introducing a newly written third game.
