Call of Duty: Mobile is a free-to-play shooter for supported iOS and Android devices, published by Activision. It brings recognizable Call of Duty weapons, operators, maps, and scorestreaks into sessions designed for touch controls and mobile play. Players can adjust controls, sensitivity, HUD placement, and loadouts before entering a match, so the same weapon can feel different depending on the build and control setup.

Multiplayer covers the traditional round-based side of the game. Modes such as Team Deathmatch, Domination, Search and Destroy, and Frontline use familiar objectives, while ranked playlists add seasonal competition. Players select primary and secondary weapons, attachments, perks, operators, tactical equipment, and scorestreaks. Map knowledge, recoil control, positioning, and timing decide fights, but the short match structure lets players test a new loadout without committing to a long session.
Battle Royale uses a larger map and a longer survival loop. Players drop with limited equipment, search buildings and supply areas, choose rotations as the safe zone closes, and fight other squads while collecting weapons and armor. DMZ: Recon adds an extraction-style mode in which squads enter a map, complete objectives, collect gear, and try to leave with their loot before another team or the environment ends the run.
Seasonal updates change maps, weapons, operators, events, ranked rewards, Battle Pass items, and limited-time rules. Activision's official updates also introduce new DMZ: Recon activities, Battle Royale classes, Multiplayer maps, and collaborations. The three pillars share progression systems, but each mode rewards different decisions: fast objective play, careful rotations, or a successful extraction.
