Star Detective Precure!

Star Detective Precure! follows 14-year-old Anna Akechi, who meets the fairy Pochitan on her birthday and is suddenly sent from 2027 to Makoto Mirai City in 1999. There she meets Mikuru Kobayashi, a determined girl who wants to become a great detective. When the Phantom Thieves target objects holding Makoto Jewels, Anna and Mikuru transform into Cure Answer and Cure Mystique and operate from the CUREtto Detective Agency. The current core team also includes pastry chef Kurea Howa as Cure Eclair and Luluka Moria as Cure Arcana. Hikari Senga voices Anna, Kaede Hondo voices Mikuru, Ikumi Hasegawa voices Kurea and Nao Toyama voices Luluka. Koji Kawasaki serves as series director, Isao Murayama handles series composition, Akane Yano designs the characters, and Erika Fukasawa and Misaki Umase compose the music. The 23rd main Precure television series premiered in Japan on February 1, 2026, and remains in active weekly broadcast. Crunchyroll streams the Japanese-language series with subtitles across the Americas, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East and CIS territories. The linked September 2026 movie is a separate theatrical release; its streaming and international distribution have not been announced.
