Sasaki and Peeps

Sasaki and Peeps is a television anime based on the light novels by Buncololi with illustrations by Kantoku. Sasaki is an office worker who adopts a Java sparrow named Peeps, only to discover that the bird is a powerful sage from another world. Peeps gives him magic and the ability to travel between that fantasy realm and modern Japan. Sasaki trades modern goods across worlds while becoming entangled with fantasy politics, psychics and government work. Season 2 begins October 7, 2026 on AT-X and TOKYO MX with a one-hour first broadcast; BS NTV follows October 8. Crunchyroll has announced the sequel for 2026, but its exact date, territories, languages and dub plans remain unconfirmed. Yushi Ibe directs at SILVER LINK, Deko Akao handles series composition, and Saori Nakashiki designs the characters. Tomokazu Sugita and Aoi Yuki lead the cast as Sasaki and Peeps. The Season 2 episode count, finale date, exact light-novel range and universal rating have not been announced.
