Cyberpunk: Edgerunners

Night City gives David Martinez few safe choices. After a personal tragedy, the student installs military-grade cyberware, joins a crew of mercenary outlaws, and starts testing how far his body and identity can be pushed. Lucy, Rebecca, Maine, and the other edgerunners become part of a life shaped by corporate power, dangerous jobs, cybernetic upgrades, and the city’s appetite for ambition. CD PROJEKT RED produced the series with Studio Trigger, with Hiroyuki Imaishi directing. Netflix released all 10 episodes in 2022. Cyberpunk: Edgerunners tells a complete standalone story in the same Night City setting as Cyberpunk 2077, but it is not a retelling of the game’s campaign or the separate Edgerunners 2 project.
