Based on Carley Fortune’s novel, This Summer Will Be Different follows Lucy through her 20s as her relationship with Felix affects her friendship with Bridget. Sophie Nélisse plays Lucy, Roby Attal plays Felix and Francesca Reale plays Bridget. The 10-episode series is filming in Toronto and on Prince Edward Island. Dane Clark and Linsey Stewart created it. Netflix has not announced a release date.
