Overview

The Great Celebrity Pottery Throw Down is a five-part Channel 4 competition hosted by Liza Tarbuck. Keith Brymer Jones and Rich Miller judge six beginners: Lucy Beaumont, Fatiha El-Ghorri, Richard Herring, Paul Merson, Layton Williams and Denise Van Outen. There is no weekly elimination. The contestants remain in the pottery while they improve their skills and collect points. Those points decide who reaches the grand final. The series was first shown on September 13, 2026. Channel 4 currently lists three 56-minute episodes covering breakfast sets and toothbrush holders, children’s desk sets and sprigging, and Raku animal sculptures with the bucket of doom. Dates and challenges for episodes 4 and 5, the finalists, winner and international availability remain unconfirmed in the checked official material.
