Take Charge of My Heart

Take Charge of My Heart is a Korean romantic comedy about Baek Ho-rang, a third-generation chaebol heir and resort executive whose artificial heart battery is running low, and Na Bo-bae, a screenwriter who developed electrical powers after being struck by lightning as a child. After a storm disrupts Ho-rang's battery-replacement surgery, his heart recharges only when Bo-bae is near him. He needs her help for three months until another operation, while she has three months to finish a convincing romance before her writing contract expires. Their solution is a touch-based charging agreement paired with her romance bucket list. Kim Young-kwang plays Baek Ho-rang and Chae Soo-bin plays Na Bo-bae. Park Soo-won directs and Song You-chae writes the adaptation of Haebeon's Naver web novel Charge Me Up. NEW POINT and WHYNOT MEDIA produce. The series premieres October 9, 2026, on Netflix.
