Ravenloft

Ravenloft is a reported live-action Dungeons & Dragons series in development at Netflix. The current logline presents it as a prestige fantasy drama where adventure meets gothic horror and tragic romance, centered on the making of vampire Darklord Strahd von Zarovich and his transformation from tragic antihero into an undead villain. John August is attached to write and executive produce. Gabriel Marano is executive producing for Hasbro Entertainment, while Alfonso Cuarón, Richard Schwartz and Gaby Rodriguez are executive producing for Esperanto Filmoj. Cuarón has not been announced as a director. Deadline and TheWrap reported the project on September 3, 2026, but Netflix has not published an official title page or announcement. No series order, cast, production start, episode count, director, release date or trailer has been announced. The status remains development, and the profile artwork is official Dungeons & Dragons tabletop art rather than a Netflix production still.
