Lioness is a Paramount+ espionage thriller created by Taylor Sheridan. Zoe Saldaña stars as Joe McNamara, a CIA operative who manages a covert program while trying to protect her family from the consequences of her work. Season 3 premiered August 2, 2026. Its eight weekly episodes conclude with Episode 8, “The Unraveling,” on September 20. Nicole Kidman, Michael Kelly and Morgan Freeman return alongside the broader ensemble named by Paramount. The season follows hidden networks, foreign operatives and personal betrayals that push Joe’s mission into her home life.
