Line of Fire

Line of Fire is a 2026 NBC drama about the Hollingsworth family, whose members work across the FBI, U.S. Marshals, Secret Service and Department of Justice. After a U.S. Marshal dies in what first appears to be a clear case, the investigation becomes a deadly conspiracy and a mysterious assassin targets the family. The Hollingsworths must cross professional boundaries and decide whether protecting one another requires breaking their sworn rules. Peter Krause and Hope Davis lead a cast that also includes Kat Cunning, Tommy O’Brien, Taylor Bloom and Charlie Barnett. Josh Safran writes and executive produces with Jenna Bush Hager and Ben Spector. Rebecca Thomas directed the pilot and executive produces that episode. Universal Television produces the series. Line of Fire premieres September 21, 2026, at 10 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
