Netflix is developing Icebreaker as a college romance series based on Hannah Grace’s novel. Daisy Jelley plays aspiring Olympic figure skater Anastasia “Stassie” Allen, while Connor Simos plays hockey player Nate Hawkins. Their teams must share a rink after an accident. Amanda Lasher is the showrunner; Jade Bartlett created the series. Netflix has not announced a premiere date, episode count or official U.S. age rating.
