American Horror Story

Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk created American Horror Story for FX. Since its 2011 launch, the anthology has moved between a murder house, a witches’ coven, a traveling freak show, a haunted hotel, and an apocalypse. Each installment has its own title and setting. FX lists twelve previous installments, from Murder House through Delicate. Coven is the third season, Apocalypse the eighth, and Cult the seventh. These earlier chapters provide context for the familiar names returning in AHS: 13: Disney’s announcement identifies Constance Langdon, Cordelia Goode, Madison Montgomery, Marie Laveau, Rubber Man, Twisty the Clown, and Kai Anderson. AHS: 13 premieres September 24, 2026, on FX, with Hulu streaming in the United States. The announced cast includes Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, Emma Roberts, and Jessica Lange.
