The Thomas Crown Affair (2027)

The Thomas Crown Affair is a romantic heist thriller built around art, attraction, danger, and a carefully planned theft. Michael B. Jordan directs, produces, and stars as Thomas Crown, with Adria Arjona opposite him in a new interpretation of the property rather than a continuation of an earlier film. Kenneth Branagh, Lily Gladstone, Danai Gurira, and Pilou Asbæk join the cast. Drew Pearce and Jason Hall wrote the screenplay from a story by Pearce and Alan R. Trustman, whose original screenplay remains part of the film’s credited foundation. Jordan and Elizabeth Raposo produce for Outlier Society, Charles Roven produces for Atlas Entertainment, and Jon Batiste composed the original score. Amazon MGM Studios will release The Thomas Crown Affair in theaters worldwide on March 5, 2027. The official key art identifies the film as made for IMAX, and an official teaser is available. Amazon MGM has not announced a digital or streaming release date.
