The Last Photograph follows retired DEA agent Ethan Black as he travels to South America after his diplomat brother and sister-in-law are killed and his niece and nephew disappear. Joe Wallace, a conflict photographer who says he witnessed the kidnapping and murders, joins the search as Ethan’s memories and motivations become less stable. Stuart Martin plays Ethan, Fra Fee plays Joe, and Costanza Andrade is also in the principal cast. Zack Snyder directs and shares the writing credit with Kurt Johnstad. TIFF lists the United States production at 135 minutes, with English and Spanish dialogue and a content advisory for extreme violence. TIFF scheduled the world premiere for September 13, 2026.
