Where to watch
The Furious is a martial-arts action film directed by Kenji Tanigaki. Xie Miao plays Wang Wei, a handyman who cannot speak. When his daughter Rainy is kidnapped, he joins Navin, a journalist played by Joe Taslim whose wife has disappeared.
Yang Enyou plays Rainy. The supporting cast includes Brian Le, Joey Iwanaga, Yayan Ruhian and JeeJa Yanin. The film runs 113 minutes and is rated R in the United States for strong bloody violence and language.
Following its 2025 festival screenings, Lionsgate released The Furious in US theaters on June 12, 2026. It is now streaming on STARZ in the United States. Availability elsewhere varies.
