Narnia: The Magician’s Nephew

Narnia: The Magician’s Nephew is a fantasy adventure written and directed by Greta Gerwig. It is the first screen adaptation of C. S. Lewis’s 1955 novel, which tells how Narnia was created and leads into The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.

David McKenna and Beatrice Campbell play Digory Kirke and Polly Plummer. The cast also includes Emma Mackey, Carey Mulligan, Ciarán Hinds, Daniel Craig, Meryl Streep, Kobna Holdbrook-Smith, Denise Gough, and Susan Wokoma. Streep provides the voice of Aslan.

IMAX previews begin February 10, 2027, followed by a worldwide theatrical release on February 12. The film arrives on Netflix on April 2, 2027. Netflix distributes it in North America, with Sony Pictures Entertainment handling other international markets.
