Overview
Sirius Black has escaped from Azkaban, and Harry is warned that the fugitive may be coming for him. Dementors guard Hogwarts while a new teacher helps Harry learn how to protect himself. Ron and Hermione join him as he investigates the prisoner’s connection to his past.
Alfonso Cuarón directs, with Daniel Radcliffe as Harry, Rupert Grint as Ron and Emma Watson as Hermione. Released in 2004, the film belongs to Warner Bros.’ eight-film Harry Potter series, based on J.K. Rowling’s novels.
