Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1

The trio searches for Horcruxes, objects that protect Voldemort from death, without the safety of Hogwarts or the help of their teachers. Death Eaters control the Ministry of Magic and hunt for Harry as the friends struggle to stay hidden and work together. Their mission takes the story away from the familiar school-year setting. This is the first half of the final novel’s film adaptation; the story continues directly in Part 2.

David Yates directs, with Daniel Radcliffe as Harry, Rupert Grint as Ron and Emma Watson as Hermione. Released in 2010, the film belongs to Warner Bros.’ eight-film Harry Potter series, based on J.K. Rowling’s novels.
