The Division Resurgence

Tom Clancy’s The Division Resurgence is a free-to-play third-person shooter RPG set in post-crisis New York. Its independent campaign offers a new perspective on events connected to the earlier Division games instead of retelling either one. Players create an agent, explore a shared open world, use cover, weapons, skills, and specializations, and collect stronger gear as they progress. Story missions support solo and cooperative play, while competitive modes and the Dark Zone add PvP and PvPvE encounters. Resurgence launched on iOS and Android in 2026 before expanding to PC through Ubisoft Connect and Steam. Ubisoft supports cross-play and shared progression between PC and mobile through Ubisoft Connect. Seasons, rewards, and store offers rotate over time, while the campaign, cover combat, and connected progression remain the foundation.
