Sgt. Frog☆

Sgt. Frog☆ is a new television anime based on Mine Yoshizaki’s comedy manga, known as Keroro Gunso☆ in Japan. Keroro leads a five-member platoon of frog-like aliens sent to conquer Earth, but his plans repeatedly collapse into chores, hobbies, and trouble with the Hinata family. The new principal cast features Makoto Koichi as Keroro, Rika Nagae as Tamama, Toshiki Masuda as Giroro, Kosuke Echigoya as Kururu, and Satoshi Inomata as Dororo. Akihiko Sano directs at BN Pictures under supervising director Nobuhiro Kondo, with series composition by Toshimitsu Takeuchi, character designs by Hatsue Nakayama, and music by Kan Sawada. The anime premieres in Japan on October 3, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. JST and airs every Saturday across the six-station TV Tokyo network. Episodes 1 and 2 receive an advance theater screening in Toyosu on September 26. No international streaming service, episode count, English dub, or worldwide release time has been announced in the official source set.
